Rear Beam Reinforcement BMW E36 M3 DRIFT KJS

We offer a product designed for BMW E36 users, which, as we know, has a significant issue with the corrosion of the rear suspension beam. Our product is intended to reinforce or repair and strengthen critical areas. These are not ordinary plates but a specially designed and appropriately bent/pressed set of reinforcements that fit all curves and contours. Depending on the condition of the beam, there may only be a slight need to tap the rounded areas with a hammer (tested on several beams, each varied slightly in condition from the others. Time has taken its toll).

To facilitate your work, we have highlighted in red the areas where the reinforcements are intended in several photos.

The reinforcements are made from 3mm thick sheet metal (S355).

The reinforcement requires welding into the beam.

Our product is made in Poland by qualified personnel. Cut by laser and then bent on CNC press brakes.
